The Construction Industry Advisors identity was created in 2009 by founder W. Scott Tidemann, CCM to provide services to the construction industry in three core areas: construction claims & disputes, construction management, and expert analysis, report development & testimony.
Mr. Tidemann has 40+ years of experience in construction contracting. Over the past two decades he has specialized in claims/disputes avoidance and resolution and in expert witness services. He has assisted owners, contractors, subcontractors, and legal counsel nationwide across contract formation and administration, project controls, risk mitigation, change management, cost and schedule analysis, default and convenience termination support, litigation support, and expert testimony.
